Les Camerises du Lac is a family business specializing in the production of cherries.
The company was founded in the spring of 2014 with the planting of 76,000 cherry plants on 80 hectares of land, located in the 2nd Rang in Labrecque. The company started its production with six different varieties of camerises in the fields, which are Berryblue, Indigo Gem, Toundra, Aurora, Indigo Treat and Indigo Yum. In 2021, the company introduced three new cultivars, namely Boreal Beauty, Boreal Beast and Boreal Blizzard.
It makes jams, cocktail products, mustard, vinaigrette, etc. Les Camerises du Lac grows the fruit, cleans it and transforms it into sweet, savoury and spicy products for sale to passionate gourmets.
