Accessibility in tourism encompasses everything that enables a person with cognitive and/or physical disabilities to safely use public or collective spaces is an integral part of our concerns. That’s why, with the financial support of the Quebec Ministry of Tourism, Kéroul assessed the accessibility of the infrastructure and services of forty economuseums across Quebec.
The objective of these evaluations was to present an overview of the accessibility of the member businesses of the ÉCONOMUSÉE® Network Society and to support them in taking concrete steps to improve the visitor experience and inclusivity for various clientele.
Therefore, here is the 2nd edition of the guide to accessible infrastructure and services for the Artisans at Work members of the ÉCONOMUSÉE® Network Society.
