In 2005, 3 years after moving from Montreal to Kamouraskka, Nathalie Joanette and Samuel Gaudet founded Fou du cochon.
The renowned Sainte Anne de la-Pocatière charcuterie specializes in organic and traditional sausages and other cochonnailles. Driven by her talents as a communicator and sales representative, Nathalie Joannette took the gamble of creating her own distribution network, developing a privileged relationship with customers, which has enabled the company to establish itself throughout Quebec.
