Klövsjö Gårdsbryggeri is a microbrewery located in Klövsjö in Jämtland. The brewery was founded by Jan Zakrisson and has been in operation since 2010. The company uses craft methods based on the classic brewing tradition. Brewing beer on a slightly larger scale has been going on since the beginning of 2010. Jan Zakrisson started brewing beer in the early 1990s and has since refined the brewery's various recipes for light beer, folk beer and strong beer. All the beer is brewed in a converted barn from the 1850s, and if you look out of the windows you can see parts of the Jämtland mountain world stretching out in the background. A small amount of hops are produced on the farm, and local honey is used as seasoning for some of the beers.
