In July 2007, Dominique planted her first small fruit trees, shrubs and trees on this vast 87-hectare territory located in the mountains of Côte-de-Beaupré between Quebec City and Charlevoix.
After having developed and experimented with several germination and fermentation methods, in January 2013 she developed different varieties of kombuchas. This thousand-year-old beverage, which was unknown in Quebec at the time, made her a pioneer in the Quebec-Charlevoix region for the discovery of all the benefits of this beverage. The line of kombuchas is made with organically grown products, which gives it even more credibility.
