Kimberly Thibeault founded Holistic Habits in Grande Cache, Alberta, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. She handcrafts herbal remedies, smudge sprays, tinctures and botanical skincare using locally sourced plants like cedar, sage and rat root. Today, Holistic Habits also shares its knowledge through workshops open to visitors. Her mission? Restoring access to Indigenous medicines in a contemporary way.
Interpretive Trail — learn about the traditional uses of cedar, sage, rat root and other medicinal plants, and the Indigenous knowledge passed down through generations.
