Since opening in 2012, Côté Est restaurant has become a key player in the Lower St. Lawrence agri-food sector. Over the years, Kim and Perle have expanded what they offer with a gourmet shop, a discovery space, and culinary adventure packages that highlight foraging and the processing of local ingredients. Today, Côté Est serves dishes rooted in regional identity and sells ready-to-eat products, all while putting local producers in the spotlight. The restaurant also received a Bib Gourmand distinction in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
