Cheese maker Since 1922, this Portneuf farm has been home to four generations of the Trottier family. In 1986, they began a major shift: organic farming. Meanwhile, the cheesery, Fromagerie des Grondines, took shape in 2007, turning the organic raw milk from their Brown Swiss cows into quality cheese varieties. A simple, human philosophy has always guided them: will what we do today still make sense for our children and grandchildren?
