In the townland of Inagh, south of the Burren and close to the wild Atlantic coast of County Clare, come and discover the goat cheeses of St Tola. It is here that Siobhan and her dynamic team have developed a range of goat cheeses that are highly sought after in Ireland today. The cheeses are made in small batches, by hand without additives or preservatives, giving them a unique quality and taste.
Pay a visit to the company’s goat herd that enjoys being pet by visitors. If you are lucky, you will come when they are being fed. You will also, of course, learn how goat cheese is made.
At the end of your visit, taste some cheeses, and why not take some home with you—unless you devour them before the end of your stay.
