Debra Poulin is a red seal Chef who has a passion for creating some unique flavours amongst her preserves, sauces and pickles.
Passion for food, using local ingredients from local farmers and producers can be seen in what Debra creates not only at the restaurant but in all preserves that are created. Our guests get the opportunity to taste our seasonal flare on our menu while experiencing flavours pulled from our preserves.

While visiting our location, you will discover the steps used to make jam, sauces and pickles and have an opportunity to talk with our passionate Chef about her creations, maybe ask a couple questions and for sure try some amazing preserves.
Twisted Fork Preserves has a great variety of products from sweet and savoury to spicy and lushes. Fan favourites range from Raspberry Lemon on toast, Peach Basil on bake brie to Blueberry Jalapeno on a Bison Burger.
