It is the result of the hard work, energy and drive of Léon and Marie-Rose Larouche who’ve been farming the land where they have lived since 1925. Today, it is their grandchildren Myriam and Dany who perpetuate in their own unique way, the traditions of this land while at the same time diversifying the family business with the addition of the country table restaurant, À l'Orée des Champs. The restaurant's market cuisine draws many influences from the region with the menu featuring lamb that is produced on site as well as other local specialties — delicious cuisine that is rooted to the family land. The enchantingly beautiful site is conducive to a relaxing gourmet experience.
