In 1988, the Demoy family obtained the first artisanal cider production permit, thus opening the door to Québec cider production. Perseverance and the quality work done by the Cidrerie du Minot have paid off in the form of a flourishing business, with the couple's two children continuing the tradition of know-how and passion. With an enthusiasm that is constantly growing, the company produces a dozen ciders that have received national and international recognition. A team of 10 people works closely with the Demoys and supports the efforts of this company which, after more than 20 years of cider production, remains a beacon in the world of artisanal beverage production in Québec.
