Full steam ahead into the mouth-watering world of chocolate at the magnificent Montebello cedar log heritage train station.
Artisan chocolatier Luc Gielen and his team produce a range of chocolate specialties made on site from quality ingredients such as organic and fair-trade cocoa and sugar, and leaving out ingredients such as soy lecithin. Luc Gielen adeptly creates interesting flavour combinations, often using locally sourced seasonal ingredients in his wide range of chocolates. This artisanal chocolate factory, founded in 2005, bases its operations on values such as authenticity, innovation and creativity.
ChocoMotive offers guided tours for groups, the opportunity to watch the artisan at work in his workshop, which is open to the public, as well as private introductory lessons in fine chocolate making.
ChocoMotive transforms eight tons of chocolate annually into pralines, bars, seasonal products, including moulded hollow form and solid figures, and other delicacies. Corporate gift and special fundraising products are also available.
Come try our chocolates. You are sure to be delighted!
